Terms of use
Come in, play, and be decent to the other people here. These are the ground rules for using SagaForge Arcade.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Who runs the Arcade
SagaForge Arcade is operated by Secret Castle Games Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
Using the Arcade means agreeing to these terms. Our Privacy page explains what happens to your information. Questions? Email support@secretcastlegames.com or visit Contact.
Playing here
You must be at least 13 to use the Arcade. Follow each game’s age rating, which may be higher. If you are not legally an adult where you live, use the Arcade with a parent or guardian’s permission.
You may use the Arcade and its games for personal entertainment. Follow any additional rules shown by a game. Game content belongs to its respective rights holders; playing does not give you ownership of the service or its artwork, software or other content.
Your account
Keep your sign-in methods secure and use an account you are entitled to use. Let us know if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, not for giving up any rights the law protects.
You can manage sign-in methods and request account deletion from your account page. Deletion ends access to that account, its wallet and its items; it is not a refund request. See Privacy for the transaction records that remain.
Sparks and promotions
Sparks are virtual credits for use with supported Arcade games. They are not money, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
You can buy Sparks in packs priced in US dollars, with tax included. Stripe processes the payment, and Stripe Tax works out the tax inside the displayed price rather than adding it on top. You can also play free games and use promotional Sparks where offered.
A game may offer optional items or actions for Sparks. Check what you are getting and the price before confirming. Promo codes grant free Sparks subject to their expiry, redemption limits and any stated promotion rules. Closing a code to future redemptions does not by itself remove Sparks already credited.
Delivery and refunds
You can get a refund for unused whole Sparks packs within 14 days of purchase, plus any refund or remedy the law gives you. Refund an unused pack yourself from your account page within those 14 days — or, if your case is outside them or the law gives you a further remedy, email support@secretcastlegames.com with your purchase reference.
A pack refund or card-payment reversal removes the Sparks bought with that payment. If those Sparks have already been spent, your wallet can go into refund debt: you cannot spend more Sparks until the debt is covered. Existing game unlocks and delivered items are not automatically taken away by that payment reversal.
Some games take Sparks when you confirm a purchase; others hold them until the game delivers. When a game holds Sparks, confirming sets them aside and nothing is spent yet: they are spent only when the game delivers what you bought, and they come back to your wallet otherwise — if you do not go on to complete the purchase, if the game cannot deliver, or if the hold reaches its deadline first. Sparks given back this way are ordinary wallet Sparks, not a cash payment.
A game may provide automatic Sparks refunds when paid fulfilment fails without a result. When the game confirms a purchase qualifies under its refund rules, the original Sparks spend is returned to your Arcade wallet once, not paid out as cash.
An uncertain delivery or job outcome may need to be resolved first. A timeout alone does not prove that the game failed to deliver, so it does not necessarily trigger a refund. Do not buy the same thing again just because it is still pending.
Outside those automatic game refunds, purchases of game consumables are final, except where applicable law gives you a refund or other remedy. If a delivery or refund seems wrong, contact us with the game and purchase reference so we can look into it.
Play fair
- Do not break the law, harass people, or use the Arcade to harm others.
- Do not steal accounts, bypass purchase or promotion limits, fake deliveries, exploit the wallet, or interfere with the service’s security.
- Do not flood the service or use automation that disrupts other players. Responsible security reports are welcome through Contact.
Changes, suspension and leaving
Games and features can change or be removed, and service can be interrupted. We may restrict or end access for serious abuse, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and give you a way to contact us about it.
You can stop using the Arcade at any time. Changes or account restrictions do not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
Our responsibility
We provide the Arcade and games as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free software or that every game will suit you. Take reasonable care of your account and any game data you need.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate harm or anything the law does not let us exclude, or takes away mandatory consumer rights.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the Arcade changes. We will publish the new text here with its update date, and give reasonable notice of material changes. Changes apply going forward, not to take away rights you already have. If you do not agree to new terms, stop using the service and contact us about any outstanding issue.
